Role Overview:
Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic and financial partnership to EA’s Leadership team. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to influence and help deliver our broad strategy, providing strategic decision support and insights to guide EA’s performance. You will work a hybrid work model defined as 3 days a week in an EA office.
This Sr. Finance Director will lead business support for our Shooters & Action Role-Playing Games (ARPG) portfolio, serving as:
- An embedded and trusted senior advisor to Studio & Franchise businesses& teams; and
- An experienced & demonstrated leader in the Global Finance organization, contributing to strategic functional initiatives and transformation.
Supported by a team of ~10 employees, you will report to the Vice-President of FP&A, EA Studios, while partnering closely with Shooters / ARPG leadership.
Responsibilities
You will partner with senior leaders across the business, including our SVP / General Managers, Heads of Operations & Publishing, Executive Producers and their leadership teams to support all financial elements associated with the successful execution of our Shooters / ARPG strategies.
- Business Partnership:
- Partner closely with studio /franchise leaders to drive the business and ongoing value creation & profitable growth. Provide actionable insights with a lens towards strategic execution and return on investments.
- Manage the holistic health of our various & collective businesses, including full P&L responsibility.
- Lead the financial planning process, including the long-range, annual, and in-year planning cycles. Partner cross-functionally to develop& manage operating metrics that support financial planning.
