Project Coordinator
Role Summary
The Project Coordinator supports Criterion’s development teams by coordinating the operational, administrative and team experience activities that enable successful project delivery. Working closely with Producers, Development Directors and Studio Operations, the role ensures projects run smoothly through effective planning, organisation and stakeholder coordination.
The role manages project logistics, purchasing and vendor administration, onboarding, team events, workplace coordination and employee experience, while building strong partnerships across Criterion and the wider Battlefield organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
- Coordinate project meetings, milestones, reviews, Focus Mode, Playdays, releases and team events, including logistics, scheduling, communications and action tracking.
- Support Producers and Development Directors through project reporting, documentation and operational coordination.
- Maintain project information, trackers and processes, proactively resolving issues or escalating risks where appropriate.
