Work You’ll Do

• Provide advanced analytics support to improve the execution of anticipated and implemented Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. 
• Establish and apply an analytical capability that integrates aggregated FMS data to identify execution trends, case variance drivers, and opportunities for process improvement across the FMS lifecycle.
• Create meaningful dashboards and visualizations requiring analytical framework adjustments to existing reporting structures and inputs.
• Develop a deep understanding of data connections from legacy client systems to Databricks and Power BI
• Combine analytical efforts with process improvement recommendations to positively impact client environment

Qualifications

Required: 

• Bachelor’s degree 
• 3+ years of experience in Foreign Military Sales
• 3+ years of analytical experience utilizing data visualization tools including Microsoft Power BI
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 2 days per week.
• Ability to travel 5-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred: 

• Experience with Databricks
• Experience in utilizing analytical tools and data to inform process improvement strategy
