Work you'll do 

As an Analyst in our Government & Public Services practice, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients. Data Management Solutions Analyst 

• This Analyst manages and optimizes data solutions to support clients and legal counsel. Preserves, maintains, and analyzes large data sets using strong data analysis and database management skills. Delivers expertise across data integration, quality management, governance, and analytics to ensure accurate, reliable, and actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

The team 

Deloitte’s Government & Public Services practice serves government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofit organizations, and other public sector organizations. Teams work across strategy, operations, technology, and transformation efforts to help clients improve mission outcomes and organizational performance. Professionals in the practice have opportunities to build specialized experience while working in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. 

Qualifications 

Required: 

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and expected to graduate by Summer 2027 or have completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or an equivalent program 

• Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required) 

• You must reside within a commutable distance (e.g. 100-mile radius) of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required 

• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance 

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. 

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment. 

Preferred: 

• 3.4 cumulative GPA preferred 

• Internship, project, or coursework experience in accounting, computer science, data analytics, finance, industrial engineering, or information systems
