About the Role
DayOne is building Thailand's first 1-gigawatt data centre campus — and we're growing fast. We need a senior TA professional to lead hiring across our Thailand business, shape how we attract talent in this market, and develop a team that's still finding its feet.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll advise stakeholders, run searches, and build the processes we don't have yet.

A repeatable sourcing and assessment framework is in place
Thailand hiring targets are met on time and on quality
Your Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers — challenge briefs, set expectations, bring market insight
Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, operations, and commercial functions in Thailand
Build interview frameworks, sourcing playbooks, and ATS processes from the ground up
Coach junior recruiters day-to-day and raise overall team capability
Source and engage passive candidates in critical infrastructure: mechanical, electrical, civil, and data centre operations
Track and report on key hiring metrics; use data to improve decisions
Represent DayOne at career events and university partnerships
Must-Haves
5–10 years in talent acquisition, at least 3 in a senior or advisory role
Proven track record hiring for critical infrastructure — data centres, energy, utilities, construction, or similar
Experience mentoring or developing other recruiters
Prior hiring experience in Thailand
Thai native speaker with strong business English
Confident advising senior leaders, not just supporting them
Nice-to-Haves
Experience hiring across multiple SEA markets simultaneously
Familiarity with Thai labour law and work permit processes for specialist roles
Background in high-growth or greenfield environments
HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
