Job responsibilities:
Procuring of Maintenance Team (for equipment, etc.), consumables parts/materials, and rectification/A&A as required by SEA data centers.
Drafting relevant procurement contracts and reporting the procurement results as well as execute the procurement contract approval processes and reporting procedures to ensure the standardization of contracts and all relevant approval processes as per company requirement.
Procure related to the operation and maintenance of SEA data centers.
Responsible for establishing payment plans and contract statistics, handling related contract payments, conducting project cost accounting, providing statistical reports to the company's management, and ensuring accurate and reasonable accounting.
Monitoring the execution of contracts and delivery status, providing clear contract delivery schedules across relevant departments.
Collecting and organizing supplier/vendor information and maintaining supplier/vendor database.
Coordinating internal departments, closely collaborating with various departments within the company, ensuring smooth sales and project delivery, and resolving potential issues and obstacles.
Execute other tasks assigned by superiors.
Purchase Order Processing: Creating and processing purchase orders
Job requirements：
Bachelor's degree or above in related to procurement, majoring in Electronics, Trade, Management, Mechatronics/MEP, Management, or related fields.
More than 5 years of relevant construction/business procurement work experience.
Having a procurement background in the data center industry, proficiency in both written and spoken English, and excellent English communication skills are preferred.
Having supplier management experience, familiarity with local market conditions/practices, and ability to work in a high paced environment.
Having a strong cost control awareness and excellent teamwork spirit.
Having strong communication skills, organization skills, interpersonal skills, coordination skills, and planning/scheduling skills.
Having contract management experience, capable of independently interpreting procurement contracts and drafting relevant procurement contracts.
