Joining our R&D Ops testing team means engaging in dynamic and thrilling projects, contributing to the development of exceptional enterprise solutions utilized by prominent automotive and aerospace clients.

Role Description & Responsibilities-:
•    Reviewing software requirements thoroughly.
•    Creating and executing comprehensive test scenarios.
•    Analyzing test results to identify functional impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues.
•    Generating detailed reports covering all aspects of software testing and communicating findings to the development team.
•    Collaborating with various stakeholders (QA, Development, Operations, Define) to comprehend challenges and taking proactive measures to ensure smooth business operations.
•    Participating in discussions to provide input on requirements, product design, and potential issues.
•    Automating test scenarios and replaying test cases using enablers provided by Software Engineers.
•    Analyzing and reporting on the results of automated test scripts, providing status updates on a weekly basis.
•    Utilizing customer usage and user feedback to enhance test effectiveness.
•    Conducting mobile testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
•    Executing Non-Functional Tests, including performance, capacity, scalability, security (in accordance with guidance from the Security team, including tools and scenarios), and installation and upgrade tests.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E., B.Tech) with a consistent academic track record of 60% or above throughout, with no gaps.
•    2+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, encompassing both manual and automation testing.
•    Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jasmine, or JMeter.
•    Basic programming skills in Core Java, JavaScript or Python.
•    Exceptional troubleshooting, logical, and analytical abilities.
•    Demonstrated good team spirit and interpersonal skills, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical skills, and business acumen.
•    Good to have Skill Sets: 
o    Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Git Lab, Jenkins, and SVN.
o    Knowledge of Page Object Model
o    Basic Knowledge about AI (good to have but not a mandatory)
