We are seeking a Key Client Executive who will also serve as the Country Leader for Kazakhstan, responsible for driving the successful implementation of Dassault Systèmes’ Industry Strategy across both existing and new accounts — including their value chains — to accelerate market penetration and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
The position is based in Almaty, Kazakhstan, with regional responsibility for Kazakhstan and surrounding Central Asian countries.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the local sales strategy to establish and grow a sustainable business within the assigned territory
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, in alignment with Dassault Systèmes’ value engagement framework
- Conduct regular business reviews with the extended sales leadership team to ensure effective execution of the 3DS Sales Process and strategic priorities
- Manage strategic alliances and key partnerships to foster collaboration and drive business growth
- Identify customer challenges and digital transformation drivers to position and deliver effective 3DS solutions
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, and prospects to support long-term business development
- Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities across established and emerging industries in Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, including Mining & Materials, Energy, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Infrastructure, and Aerospace & Defense
- Act as a trusted advisor to key customer executives, positioning Dassault Systèmes as a long-term strategic partner
- Forecast business performance, oversee territory management, and ensure operational excellence
- Develop and implement revenue generation initiatives, shaping the Go-To-Market strategy as well as related marketing focus and activities
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration within the local team
- Implement strategic management practices to support sustainable growth and alignment with corporate objectives
- As Country Leader, oversee light administrative and operational activities to support effective local governance and business continuity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role within international and complex environments, ideally combining commercial and country management responsibilities.
- Strong track record in selling enterprise software solutions across industries such as Mining & Materials, Energy, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Infrastructure and Aerospace & Defense
- Solid experience in strategic planning, business forecasting, and sales execution
- Demonstrated success in managing C-level relationships and driving value-based selling strategies
- Results-oriented, adaptable and proactive leader with strong collaboration, strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and operational processes
- Fluent in Russian and English; proficiency in an additional language is considered a plus
- Previous experience managing administrative or operational aspects of a country organization is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
