Job Description & Responsibilities

The Real Estate & Facility Management Team is dedicated to creating, maintaining, and optimizing a world-class workplace environment that fosters innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. As we expand our footprint with the launch of the new Busan Innovation Center, our team serves as the backbone of site operations. We ensure that the infrastructure, daily facility logistics, and physical workspace seamlessly support our employees, partners, and key clients, enabling them to drive business success in a secure and highly efficient environment.

The Facility & Reception Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch and smooth daily operations of the Busan Innovation Center. Positioned at the frontline of the new site, this role serves two primary purposes:

• Ambassador of First Impressions: Managing the main reception area to provide a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience for all visitors, clients, and employees.

   

• Operational Support: Assisting the Facility team in day-to-day office operations, space management, asset tracking, and vendor coordination to maintain an optimal working environment.

   

Qualifications

• Education: Current university student or recent graduate, preferably with a major or interest in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.

   

• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset. Fluent in Korean, with professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to communicate within a global corporate environment.

   

• Problem-Solving & Attitude: A proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities and a positive, solution-driven attitude.

   

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office standard applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
