Role Description & Responsibilities

We are looking to hire a Vice President, AI Strategy & 3D UNIV+RSES (Gen7). The location for this position is flexible.

The Vice President, AI Strategy & Gen7 is responsible for leading North America's AI transformation by defining and executing the regional AI strategy while advancing the Gen7 vision across customers, partners, and industries. This executive leader will drive AI adoption throughout the organization, enabling new operating models that improve productivity, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance customer value.

Serving as the strategic bridge between Corporate AI initiatives and North America business priorities, the Vice President will align enterprise AI investments with regional objectives, ensuring AI becomes a measurable driver of operational excellence, innovation, and business growth.

This role also serves as a trusted executive advisor to customers and partners, positioning Dassault Systèmes as a recognized leader in AI-enabled business transformation.

·       Develop and execute the North America AI Strategy aligned with corporate objectives and regional business priorities.

·       Establish a multi-year AI transformation roadmap that accelerates organizational productivity, business performance, and innovation.

·       Identify high-impact AI opportunities across functions and prioritize initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.

·       Drive the adoption of AI-enabled operating models that improve efficiency, decision-making, and collaboration across the organization.

·       Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes through defined KPIs, governance, and continuous performance monitoring.

·       Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders on AI strategy and business transformation.

·       Evangelize Dassault Systèmes' AI vision through executive briefings, strategic customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.

·       Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling business value propositions for executive audiences.

·       Define processes for evaluating, approving, and scaling AI initiatives across North America.

·       Ensure responsible AI practices, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s Degree in related field

·       15+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, digital transformation, enterprise technology, consulting, or related executive leadership roles

·       Proven success leading enterprise-wide AI, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives

·       Knowledge of Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), enterprise AI platforms, automation technologies, and AI governance frameworks

·       Experience within enterprise software, manufacturing, industrial technology, or digital transformation environments

·       Familiarity with executive-level customer engagement and strategic account development.

·       Experience influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional organizational change

·       Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes

·       Experience working across global and matrixed organizations
