Description of The Vault
The Vault is Coca-Cola’s collaboration and growth center. Customer teams and their customers, commercial leaders, and cross-functional partners seek out The Vault Team to solve complex business challenges. Through facilitated strategy sessions, design-thinking methods, and immersive collaboration experiences, we help teams turn ambiguity into aligned action.
The Vault is a part of Coca-Cola’s North America Sales Organization, and we are all employees of The Company. We have a business-within-a-business feel with all the benefits of being Coca-Cola but greater autonomy and risk-taking. Our leaders value and protect our independence because they know we challenge the broader organization to think differently, be nimbler, and move faster.
