What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead development and execution of Morocco’s annual marketing strategy and portfolio plans aligned with Africa Operating Unit priorities.
- Translate consumer and shopper insights into growth opportunities, innovation platforms, and actionable brand programs.
- Orchestrate end‑to‑end Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) campaigns across media, content, digital, social, influencers, and packaging to maximize reach and return on investment.
- Drive innovation strategy and new product launches in the Morocco market, ensuring best‑in‑class execution from concept to in‑market impact.
- Partner with bottling system teams, agencies, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver cohesive, locally resonant brand experiences that build equity and market share.
- Monitor performance metrics to track marketing effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and guide investment decisions using data‑driven insights.
- Champion digital marketing acceleration and advanced analytics capabilities across Morocco to enhance precision in consumer targeting and personalization.
- Steward marketing budgets with strong commercial discipline to maximize value creation.
- Accelerate team capability development in creative strategy, digital tools, and agile ways of working to foster a learning culture and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ensure robust governance of workflows, delivering marketing processes that are fast, integrated, and focused on business outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing, with deep expertise in brand and portfolio strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, and innovation management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing consumer‑centric strategies that drive growth and measurable business results.
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing platforms, programmatic media, and data‑led personalization.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing analytics, insights translation, and performance measurement.
- Commercial acumen with experience stewarding budgets and contributing to P&L performance.
- Ability to inspire and influence diverse teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments, including bottling partners and agency ecosystems.
- Skilled in creative development and connections planning; experience managing cultural insights to deliver locally relevant activations.
- Expertise in leading cross‑functional teams and managing projects in dynamic, highly competitive markets.
