What You’ll Do for Us
Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of sales systems, reporting, and analytics that support critical commercial operations across the U.S. and Canada.
Partner with Retail Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and IT teams to translate business needs into scalable technology, data, and reporting solutions.
Drive enterprise reporting and business intelligence capabilities, delivering trusted insights and performance visibility that enable better business decisions.
Oversee Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems supporting the Warehouse Route To Market, data governance processes to ensure system reliability, data integrity, and operational excellence during ongoing business transformations.
Lead large-scale modernization initiatives, system implementations, and change management efforts while ensuring successful user adoption and business continuity.
Provide advanced application support by configuring system settings, managing integrations and plugins, troubleshooting issues, and leading software upgrades to ensure stable and efficient business operations.
Lead and manage assigned workstreams within larger cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies are effectively coordinated and communicated to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years’ experience in software engineer specifically in data platform engineering.
Experience in data engineering, data platform design, and management and data security and compliance practices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in programming languages and a deep understanding of database technologies.
Comprehensive knowledge of big data technologies and cloud platforms.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in data streaming and real-time data processing.
Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.

Pay Range:
United States of America: 171,000 USD - 198,000 USDBase pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
