Job Description

Business analyst of assigned products/BU; responsible for assigned products/BU cost controlling and reporting.

Product cost responsibility of assigned product class/BU, incl. planning, costing, forecasting, transfer price calculation, actual cost deviation analysis and cost comparison/benchmarking etc..

Cost center responsibility of assigned area, incl. cost center administration, budgeting, cost tracking PDCA, etc..

Resource management of assigned area, e.g. fixed asset, etc..

Reporting responsibility of assigned area, incl. long-term P&L, Business planning, subsequent budget & resource planning & product cost calculation, Forecasting, and monthly business reports. .

Key data reports for internal customers, e.g. PDCA.

Keep closely communication with stakeholders to act as Business partner role.

Other related tasks assigned

Qualifications

Min. Bachelor degree (in accounting & finance). At least 5 years experience in financial analysis / financial controlling position. Cost controlling or cost analysis experience is preferred.

Solid finance/accounting knowledge; Understanding of business process; Quick learner; Good communication skill; Good MS office skills and ERP system knowledge.

Fluent in spoken and written English.
