Job Description

The Senior Executive - Outsourcing Management is responsible for coordinating end-to-end outsourcing activities for projects and missions of the company to support successful delivery and organizational goals.

This role involves coordinating with other internal team to supporting the full vendor lifecycle, from requirements gathering and onboarding to delivery oversights and quality assessment, etc. to ensure efficient and compliant with internal business processes and standards together with external updated laws & regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support outsourcing operations by coordinating resource requests from internal departments and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.

2. Coordinate vendor onboarding and offboarding activities, including interview arrangements, documentation, compliance checks, and issue resolution.

3. Act as the main operational contact between internal teams and outsourcing vendors, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

4. Prepare and maintain outsourcing-related documentation, including processes, guidelines, reports, and operational records.

5. Monitor outsourcing performance and reporting, including demand tracking, vendor performance, budget utilization, expense forecasting, and data analysis.

6. Drive process improvement and governance by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
• Proven experience in vendor management, project coordination, procurement, or a related role within a technology or engineering environment.
• Experience in account/client management. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data maintenance is an advantage.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical mindset with experience in reporting and data analysis.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented in handling documentation and processes.
• Proactive, able to work with multiple departments and external partners.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business communication.
