As a Junior management assistant, you support senior leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (EF) where operations run 24/7. You help keep daily activities organized and ensure teams stay aligned in an environment that constantly evolves. Your work enables managers and their teams to focus on strategic priorities by providing reliable operational support.

As a Junior management assistant, you support your managers and team by ensuring smooth daily operations in a highly dynamic environment. You will:
Manage calendars and schedule meetings in an ever-changing environment where priorities shift quickly.
Arrange travel and expense requests, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and support follow-up actions.
Coordinate logistics for visitors, including cleanroom tours and collaboration with internal service providers.
Support the organization of events such as offsites and team activities, and act as host when needed.
Maintain and manage basic collaboration tools, distribution lists, and shared workspaces.
Act as a first point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, and external visitors.
You bring a flexible mindset and are comfortable working in an environment where change is constant. You have:
Secondary vocational education (or equivalent) with limited professional experience.
Fluency in spoken and written Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory for this role).
Experience working in a dynamic or international environment, or supporting multiple stakeholders (preferred).
Basic understanding of stakeholder needs and how administrative processes support them.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including hybrid meeting support.
Interest in learning and adopting new tools and applications.
