Sales
Introduce people to the Apple products that help them do what they love in new ways. Up front or behind the scenes, wherever you work in the Apple Store, you’ll have the chance to make a big difference — for your customers, your team, and yourself. You may even work with local business communities, connecting entrepreneurs and professionals with the tools they need to build success. Roles include Specialist, Expert, Pro, Operations Expert, Business Expert, and Business Pro.
Support
Use your creativity or technical skills to help others bring their interests to life. Bring your people skills and we’ll help you with the technical skills. Some roles focus on repairs and technical issues, so if you have a talent for hands-on problem solving, you’ll address customers’ needs by reconnecting them with the Apple experience they love. In other roles, you’ll help customers bring their projects to life: You might troubleshoot with one person, show another how to retouch their photos, or even teach a child to code. Roles include Technical Specialist, Genius, Creative, and Creative Pro.
