Amazon is seeking an analytical and action-oriented Supply Chain PM to drive supply chain process development and execution supporting Amazon's growth in Brazil. This role requires deep analytical skills, data-driven, curiosity to understand complex systems, and bias for action in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
As a S&OP Coordinator, you will coordinate the weekly planning process for our fulfillment centers, leveraging advanced analytics to optimize planning accuracy, implement improvements to reduce errors, and partner with tech teams to leverage best-in-class solutions to reduce manual touchpoints and improve forecast accuracy.
This position requires technical expertise in planning processes (manufacturing/ecommerce), strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Key job responsibilities
-Forecast inbound/outbound/transfers volumes at Fulfillment Center (FC) weekly and daily grain;
-Set up processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimize cost and maximize operations productivity;
-Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing available tools/automation
-Accelerate AI usage and global tools implementation.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience in supply chain
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
