Job Description
As an Enterprise Program Manager – Ireland, you will be responsible for supporting Agilent CrossLab’s customers’ needs within our Laboratory Enterprise Division (LED) product portfolio especially focusing on offering and implementing Laboratory Product Solutions (LPS) to the market.
This will involve collaborating with pre-sales to create sustainable delivery models, working with local delivery teams to build capabilities and liaising with the LED division to ensure Agilent are fully addressing the needs of the market with our products and services. You will be a subject matter expert within the LPS environment and will be self-motivated to continuously improve Agilent’s offerings to the market by providing “Trusted Answers” to our customers.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Own country-level Enterprise and LED/LPS program success
- Develop business plans with Sales to grow enterprise accounts
- Implement large integrated Enterprise contract solutions
- Manage strategic customer relationships, retention and growth
- Drive customer-first service delivery and satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Service Delivery, LED and local teams
- Build scalable tools, processes and delivery models for new customer sites
- Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and milestones
- Monitor account performance, gross margin and improvement actions
- Act as SME for LPS, lab productivity and enterprise service solutions
- Support global and regional strategic initiatives and new service products
- Report project progress, financial and customer updates to stakeholders
- Travel up to 10% as required to support supplier, customer, and internal business needs.
Qualifications
Skills and background:
- Advanced Account and relationship management experience
- Passionate and experienced customer service delivery management
- Project Management qualification or proven experience in managing enterprise-wide solution project deployment
- Strong understanding and experience working within Quality Control and Pharmaceutical GMP Environments
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Team building/development and cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language and English with proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and easily
- Results oriented, leadership, client-facing, and diplomacy skills
- Demonstrated business acumen; ability to listen and understand client requirements
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent understanding of both data analytics and interpretation of data
