You Will...

Coordinate and manage schedule, including meetings, appointments, and conference calls, and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international travel, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and other inquiries.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations, and assist with meeting logistics such as room setup, catering, and technology setup.
Coordinate and organize documents, presentations, and reports ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility.
Utilize design skills to help create visually appealing presentation decks and other materials.
Assist in coordinating and tracking various creative projects, deadlines, and deliverables, liaising with cross-functional teams as needed.
Provide general administrative support, including expense reporting, invoice processing, and other ad hoc tasks as required.

You Have...

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
2+ years of executive assistant or administrative experience, preferably in a creative or agency environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
Experience using design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing presentation decks and materials.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Resourcefulness and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively problem-solve.
