The Opportunity – Build the Future with Us

Great new opportunity to join WSP as a Project Manager supporting our dynamic Mechanical and Electrical teams within Properties & Buildings.

Your Impact

Lead the delivery of multidisciplinary projects from initiation through close‑out, ensuring excellence in scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
Define and implement optimal project delivery strategies, including procurement models, construction methodologies, contracting approaches, and governance structures.
Manage projects with total fees ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000+, maintaining strong financial performance and cash flow control.
Partner with clients to define project objectives, scope, risks, schedules, and commercial frameworks while strengthening long‑term relationships.
Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plans covering objectives, responsibilities, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication protocols.
Lead and chair internal and external multidisciplinary team meetings, driving alignment, accountability, and decision‑making.
Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth, contributing to proposal development and strategic pursuits.
Champion WSP’s commitment to Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) across all projects and teams.

The Skills That Set You Apart

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Architecture or Construction Management considered an asset.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex engineering projects through pre‑construction and construction phases.
Strong knowledge of alternative delivery models and multiple forms of contracting.
Proven ability to manage project budgets, cash flow, schedules, and risk on large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects.
Experience with project management and delivery tools including MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and BIM platforms.
PMP accreditation considered an asset.
Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non‑technical stakeholders and senior decision‑makers.
Experience across sectors such as Institutional, Advanced Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, and Commercial Buildings.

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $81,100 – $107,700
