• From consulting background with offshoring experience.
• Possess a strong sense of conviction and ability to influence multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated the ability to lead and build a team of over 300 professionals.
• Must be a dynamic leader with a go getter attitude.
• Good leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Must have experience in multidisciplinary projects.
• Robust understanding of client management and client satisfaction.
• Project confidence, optimism and energy to encourage people on what they can achieve.
• Be practical in the implementation of objectives.
• Possess an international outlook/global perspective and be willing and able to travel as business needs demands.

Desired Skills

• Prior working experience with Australia or New Zealand would be added advantage.

• Prior work experience with top tier multinational companies.
