As a Project Manager – Infrastructure Management (Water & Wastewater), you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects that protect communities, enhance resilience, and advance sustainable water solutions across municipal and industrial environments.
Your Impact
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects from initiation through close‑out.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk while ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, technicians, and external partners, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long‑term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards across all project phases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices, tools, and governance.
- Support mentoring and development of junior project managers and technical staff.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Proven experience managing water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects within consulting or municipal environments.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure asset management, rehabilitation, and lifecycle planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts for medium‑to‑large projects.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
Solid understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks related to water and wastewater systems.
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000
MB & ON: 99 700 $ à 132 700 $
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
