The Opportunity
Build the Future with Us - Play a key role in delivering environmental and sustainability projects for our Earth & Environment – Environmental Management clients across British Columbia and Yukon.
As a Project Controls Analyst, you will work closely with our Lead project controls analyst to build trusted partnerships with our Project Managers and technical teams, strengthening cost control, forecasting accuracy, resource planning, and overall project performance across a diverse portfolio of environmental management projects.
You'll apply your analytical expertise and financial acumen to monitor budgets, track project performance, and identify emerging risks early across a large project portfolio, while helping project teams navigate scope changes, forecasting updates, and performance recovery where needed. By providing clear visibility into cost, schedule, and financial performance, you will help project teams manage risk, maintain control, and deliver successful outcomes for our clients and communities. This role is suited to an analytical professional who thrives in a controls‑focused environment and enjoys supporting major projects through data‑driven insight.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400- $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 - $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $69,900 - $92,900
