Building Compliance & Asset Management Consultant - Wellington
An exciting opportunity to join our Wellington Property team delivering building compliance and asset management services across a diverse property portfolio.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on:
- Deliver Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF) and building compliance services for a range of property clients
- Support building asset management planning and lifecycle advice
- Complete compliance surveys, audits, and associated documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across the Wellington region
Your client centric approach and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships will contribute to growing the Wellington Compliance and Building Asset Management business, supporting the continued growth of our Wellington Property team through strong client relationships and service delivery
About you:
- Relevant tertiary degree/diploma/certificate
- Existing IQP certification is advantageous; however, support toward IQP registration and ongoing professional development will be provided for the right candidate
- Current clean Drivers Licence
- Experience in building asset management or related property consultancy services is advantageous
- Consulting experience is an advantage
This role offers variety across compliance and asset management projects within a collaborative national Property team. Primarily Wellington-based projects with support from WSP’s wider national Property team
