Step into your early career with confidence by joining WSP’s Land Development and Municipal Engineering Team in Owen Sound. As a Civil Technologist, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting real infrastructure projects that shape communities—while learning alongside experienced engineers, technologists, and project managers.

This role is ideal for new graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to apply what they’ve learned, develop technical skills, and grow within a supportive, mentorship-driven environment. Your work will focus primarily on local projects in Owen Sound and surrounding areas, with opportunities to gain exposure to Northern Ontario and First Nation communities.

MB & ON: $52,500 – $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 – $69,000
