Your Impact
Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as Project Manager and/or Task Lead for architectural projects, including interdisciplinary coordination, production of construction documents and working with transportation agencies.
Provide leadership and be responsible for development of project construction documents tasks from initial phases to final design.
Conduct and provide technical support for construction phase services.
Conduct interdisciplinary coordination.
Assist in development of proposals for architectural transportation projects.
Provide guidance, support, and knowledge sharing to junior team members to foster professional development and skill growth.
Promote a collaborative team environment by encouraging learning, development, and best practice sharing.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Architect in Massachusetts.
BA degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
Proficient and advanced knowledge in AutoCAD and Revit, and other software such as Enscape, Rhino
Minimum 7+ years of post-education professional experience in architectural design and production of construction drawings and specifications, including building systems and technical detailing
Experience in architectural design of buildings and facilities
Able to lead production of architectural tasks on projects
Highly organized and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible, open-minded, team player, good oral, written and presentation skills
Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures
Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
Preferred Qualifications
MA degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited program
10+ years of related post-education professional experience
Experience in writing and QAQC review of Architectural Specifications
Experience in architectural design of transportation facilities
Familiarity with project management and scheduling systems
Familiarity with resiliency and sustainability, LEED Accredited.

Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $118,000 - $170,000
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
