Senior Consultant - Quantity Surveying
WSPAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role throughout the entire project lifecycle, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders on complex infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for ensuring effective cost estimation & management, Project financial control, and contract administration across diverse, large-scale developments, often in challenging environments.
Your primary responsibilities include the preparation of detailed cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring alignment with international standards and best practices. You will provide strategic cost advice, oversee budget control, and support the successful execution of projects across multiple geographies.
Additionally, you will be responsible for financial reporting, including cash flow forecasting, cost variance analysis, and net margin assessments, while maintaining strict contractual and commercial oversight. Your role will also involve managing risks, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
Beyond technical expertise, fostering effective interdisciplinary and cross-cultural collaboration, and drive continuous improvement in general practices will be key to the success of both projects and the broader business.
