Hydraulics Design Engineer, Healthcare/Hospital Projects

Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, coordination, and integration of Plumbing & Drainage systems for building projects, supporting all stages from design development to tender preparation and construction administration.
Contribute to the preparation of design documents, helping develop cost‑effective and practical engineering solutions under the guidance of senior engineers.
Support the creation and coordination of project documentation, including drawings and specifications, and assist in reviewing inputs from the wider design team.
Participate in site inspections to monitor Plumbing & Drainage installation works, help track progress, and support commissioning activities as required.
Attend project coordination meetings and work collaboratively with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to help ensure the Plumbing & Drainage design intent and code compliance are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in identifying project risks and ensuring that engineering deliverables adhere to applicable commercial, technical, and contractual requirements.
Sanitary Engineering for Plumbing & Drainage
Support task monitoring and contribute to resource planning efforts, while helping identify opportunities to improve workflows or add value to the project where appropriate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of relevant engineering design experience and knowledge in P&D systems.
Prior experience in engineering consulting work, particular in Healthcare Facilities or project management will be advantageous.
Candidate with strong knowledge in relevant Healthcare related Guidelines, such as HTM/ASHRAE/CIBSE will also be advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
