The Opportunity

This position is for Fall 2026.
Your Impact
- Assist with field surveying using GPS and Total Station to support municipal engineering projects.
- Prepare clear, accurate reports that inform project decisions and client deliverables.
- Undertake field reviews and complete detailed reporting to ensure compliance and quality.
- Review engineering drawings and contribute to design accuracy.
- Conduct site inspections and perform field work to support project execution.
- Travel to project locations within the province as required.
- Apply safety standards and best practices in all field activities.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Currently enrolled in a Civil Technology, GIS, or Environmental diploma program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Interest in municipal engineering, land development, and project management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3D or similar design software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for field work.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in outdoor environments.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $22.00 – $25.50/hour
MB & ON: $20.50 – $24.00/hour
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $19.50 – $23.00/hour
