As our Digital business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help our clients solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes through technology. Based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne, this role sits within our growing Digital team and will work across a diverse portfolio of projects spanning advisory, design, and delivery.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll lead discovery, analysis, and requirements activities across complex digital and technology-enabled initiatives. Partnering closely with clients, stakeholders, architects, developers and designers, you'll help shape digital solutions that are practical, scalable and aligned to business objectives.

You'll play a key role in:

• Leading discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement activities and requirements gathering sessions.
• Translating business challenges and user needs into actionable solution requirements.
• Developing business cases, future-state processes, service experiences and operating models.
• Analysing systems, integrations, APIs, data flows and business rules to support solution design.
• Producing high-quality business analysis artefacts including process maps, user journeys, requirements specifications and service blueprints.
• Supporting agile delivery through prioritisation, backlog management and scope definition.
• Applying AI-enabled tools and approaches to improve analysis, documentation and delivery outcomes.
• Building trusted client relationships and contributing to business development, proposals and work-winning activities.
• Helping strengthen capability across the Digital practice through mentoring, coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.
   

About You

You'll bring a strong consulting mindset coupled with deep business analysis expertise and a passion for using technology to solve complex business problems.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 5-10 years' experience in digital consulting, software delivery, technology transformation or a similar environment.
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital initiatives from discovery through to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, requirements engineering, process improvement and solution definition.
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Experience working alongside developers, architects, UX/UI specialists and project delivery teams.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, APIs, integrations and modern digital ecosystems.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, analysis and decision-making.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline. A formal Business Analysis qualification will be highly regarded.
