Senior Engineer - Highways
WSPAt WSP – India GCC, the Senior Engineer – Highways is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of high-quality Roads & Highways design outputs, ensuring with Swedish engineering standards across all project stages. The role involves early-stage design involvement, proactive planning, and ownership of deliverables, with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and technical excellence in developing sustainable and efficient highway infrastructure.
Working within the Nordic (Swedish) business, the role requires leading geometric design, roadway modelling, and preparation of design documentation while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Senior Engineer collaborates closely with teams across India and Sweden, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to lead country requirements, and successful delivery of all project outputs with full accountability having relevant design/ junior team supervision.
