Senior Property Consultant
As a Senior Property Consultant, your primary focus will be on the acquisition and disposal of properties for a variety of clients, including government departments, agencies, and councils.
With a specialisation in the Public Works Act and a strong understanding of relevant legislation, you will collaborate with our team of over 40 professionals. Together, we foster a culture of collaboration and empowerment, constantly challenging conventional norms.
You will lead diverse projects, overseeing due diligence, stakeholder negotiations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects.
This role is pivotal in upholding our commitment to excellence, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Skills and Experience:
A relevant property, legal, or related tertiary qualification.
Preferably a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in a related property or legal discipline.
Strong knowledge of relevant NZ standards, legislation, and practices, particularly the Public Works Act 1981 - essential
Experience and confidence in dealing with property owners and a variety of property professionals
Client relationship experience and client centric focus
