Project Manager (CEI)

This Opportunity

WSP is currently seeking a Project Manager  to support Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services across public-sector infrastructure projects in Fort Myers/Southwest Florida. This role supports both project delivery and leadership of field teams, with responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and stakeholder coordination.

Your Impact

· Manage CEI projects from initiation through closeout

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans

· Oversee field inspection teams and ensure contractor compliance

· Review daily reports, quantities, and QA/QC documentation

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams

· Lead meetings and communicate risks and issues

· Maintain audit-ready documentation

· Mentor junior staff and support team development

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· 3–5+ years of CEI or construction experience

· Public-sector project experience (FDOT, County, municipal)

· Strong understanding of plans, specs, and contract requirements

· Strong communication and organization skills

· Valid Florida driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

· FDOT certifications

· Experience managing task orders or IDIQ contracts

· Familiarity with Procore
