Business Support Coordinator - Ōtautahi Christchurch
Our WSP Christchurch office is seeking an experienced Business Support Coordinator to join our National Business Support Team. This role exists to keep our office and project teams running smoothly providing responsive, high-quality administrative support that enables great client outcomes.
You’ll be the go-to person for coordination and day-to-day support, building trusted relationships across the business and sharing knowledge to help the wider team thrive in a fast-paced environment.
About you:
- Preferably minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in a related environment or industry.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or training advantageous.
- Current, clean New Zealand Driver License.
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Client-focused, creative and solutions-driven.
- You thrive in a team where no two days are the same
- You’re happy to get involved in office initiatives and team events
- You take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes
- You enjoy supporting others and make things easier for the wider team
- You are an organised and detail-focused superstar, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- You adapt easily to both reactive and proactive tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint and Teams
