Architectural Technician

Carry out consultancy services to clients in respect to the production of working drawings together with technical services including the execution of:
Work with our project leads to produce and deliver all aspects of design documentation to clients.
Carry out design and documentation in accordance with the project brief to produce excellent design outcomes.
Produce full working documentation utilising proficient REVIT skills.
Be available to assist in the production of presentation materials using manual, 3D modelling and other image manipulation computer software.
Assist in co-ordination of technical content with other disciplines engaged on a project.
Liaise with other team members to assist in providing a total service to clients.
Carry out all administrative tasks associated with the assigned project.
The provision of other client services as requested.
TECHNICAL
Produce a full range of high-quality design and construction documentation in support of the wider architectural team.
Produce high quality images and related deliverables for architectural visualisation and presentation purposes as required.
Produce graphs, charts and diagrams for inclusion in technical reports, submissions, proposals and marketing material
OTHER
To provide high quality consultancy services to WSP’s clients and meet the applicable utilisation targets as determined by WSP to support and drive the ongoing success and growth of the organisation.
Comply with all role specific Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) obligations as detailed in the employment agreement and WSP policies, procedures and matrices (which may be introduced or updated from time to time).
Take responsibility for your self-development including developing goals through regular and relevant Thrive conversations, completing specified eLearning tasks, keeping up-to-date with relevant developments in your practice area and updating the Capabilities Database for sharing capabilities and qualifications within the business.
Achieve and/or maintain professional registrations/licences relevant to your role.
Perform other duties which are reasonably incidental to this position, as directed by the company from time to time.
