Interface Stakeholder Manager
WSPWSP in the Middle East is currently hiring for an Interface & Stakeholder Manager – Aviation Projects to join our team in KSA/ UAE. The Interface & Stakeholder Manager will be responsible for managing all project interfaces across aviation‑sector stakeholders, including governmental authorities, airport operators, contractors, consultants, utility providers, and internal technical teams. The role ensures seamless coordination, clear communication, and the timely resolution of interface issues that may affect programme delivery. It also involves developing and implementing structured stakeholder engagement plans to maintain alignment, avoid conflicts, and support smooth project execution. The Manager will provide regular reporting to the Project Director, highlighting interface risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies critical to the success of the aviation programme.
