In Ontario, you will play a pivotal role in advancing digital delivery for complex Process Plant projects. This role blends deep BIM expertise with hands-on innovation—ensabling large-scale teams to design smarter, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver with precision across multidisciplinary programs.
Your impact
- Develop practical and scalable solutions to real-world BIM/CAD challenges across Process Plant projects.
- Lead the creation, deployment, and continuous improvement of BIM-enabled design templates, Seed files, and Managed WorkSpaces.
- Champion automation for model and drawing production, attribute population, and QA/QC workflows.
- Mentor BIM Layout Leads, Coordinators, and discipline teams to elevate digital delivery maturity across programs.
- Standardize BIM/CAD methodologies that ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with program requirements.
- Lead collaborative design workflows and content management strategies for large-scale, multi-discipline design environments.
- Troubleshoot BIM-related challenges and work with support teams to resolve technical roadblocks.
- Promote a culture rooted in best practices, ethics, and Zero Harm.
The skills that set you apart
- 10 years of hands-on BIM expertise across Buildings, Civil, Mining, and Plant environments.
- Advanced proficiency with Bentley MicroStation and the OpenX ecosystem—including OpenPlant, OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, OpenGround, BRCM, Generative Components.
- Experience with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud (ProjectWise, Synchro, iTwin, PlantSight).
- Strong grounding in ISO 19650 workflows and Whole-Life-Cycle Digital Twin practices (4D, 5D, 6D).
- Experience developing and deploying BIM automations and integrations at scale.
- Experience in Canadian Nuclear Standards or IPD delivery is an asset.

Compensation:
- AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $89,800 – $118,900
- MB & ON: $81,900 – $112,800
- NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $77,400 – $102,500
