The Process Excellence - Compliance Analyst support the Firm and its management by ensuring that processes are documented and that those which are documented are relevant and reviewed on a regular basis. The role involves collaboration and monitoring with the use of existing tools.
This position reports to the Operational Excellence Manager.
The roles and responsibilities of this job include:
- Works with the Operational Excellence Manager and Process Excellence Supervisor in implementing the Process Maturity Methodology, including the development and maintenance of tools and forms that will be used across the organization
- Perform regular process documentation audits for Legal and Business Services processes, ensuring that all documents due for review and those captured in the Process Maturity Initiative are up to date, relevant and considered
- Review Legal and Business services process documents after author or owner modifications and collaborate with process authors or owners on additional findings and comments to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain and update trackers related to Process Maturity and Process Audit, enabling consistent monitoring and reporting.
- Partner with the Process Excellence Team to manage all process documentation directories so that information is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
- Provide audit results through clear, insightful reports to Operational Excellence Manager, strengthening confidence in documented business processes and maturity levels.
- Develop and deliver progress reports and presentations to OPEX leadership to give visibility on maturity, risks and compliance.
- Supports programs aimed at driving process and documentation compliance in Manila, supporting local adoption of global standards.
- Supports the Operational Excellence Manager in creating, maintaining and updating the Process Maturity and Process Audit processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose as the organization evolves.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as required by the company and its management to support broader operational excellence objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business or management course, BS Industrial Engineering a plus.
- Yellowbelt Lean Six Sigma Certified is required
- Certification in ISO 9001 QMS Documentation is an advantage
- 1 to 3 years of extensive work experience in Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement, which includes process mapping, documentation control and management, root cause analysis, ideation, and use of continuous improvement methodologies and tools (i.e. Lean, Six Sigma) in a shared service industry; Fresh graduate is welcome with related on-the-job training and/or successful implementation of an improvement project/study
- Knowledge or experience in executing in Design Thinking approach is an advantage
- 1 year of experience in project management
- Advanced skills in MS Visio
- Proficient in, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Project
