Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field; strong business acumen in financial services (particularly banking).
Highly motivated, self-starting team player accustomed to working in complex organizations, partnering with diverse stakeholders, and delivering results.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy; ability to synthesize complex data and communicate clear insights and recommendations.
Prior experience with balance sheet and/or income statement forecasting; knowledge of asset, liability, and/or liquidity management concepts.
Markets product knowledge and ability to quickly learn complex instruments.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel (Index/Match, pivot tables, etc.).
Experience with data and analytics tools such as Essbase, Python, and/or Tableau.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including comfort presenting forecast outcomes to senior stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in an ever-changing environment; exercises independent judgment and collaborates to identify and resolve issues.
Experience with monthly closing, developing financial projections, and establishing goals
