In this role, you will:
Lead post-close servicing and portfolio management activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loans, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and service-level expectations.
Analyze, validate, and maintain loan, collateral, covenant, and customer data within systems of record to support operational accuracy and risk management.
Partner with Credit, Sales, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure documentation, negotiated terms, and servicing activities align with business and compliance requirements.
Identify, assess, and escalate credit, operational, servicing, and documentation risks; recommend solutions and drive resolution of complex issues.
Serve as a key escalation point, delivering clear communication and executing effective problem resolution to support client and business needs.
Monitor quality and performance metrics, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to operational efficiency and control enhancements.
Exercise sound judgment and independent decision-making while adhering to governance standards, risk management principles, and established procedures.
Champion consistent execution of the Portfolio Execution operating model, supporting the adoption of new processes, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate effectively across teams to achieve business objectives, drive accountability, and deliver high-quality results
