In this role, you will:
Supervise entry-to-mid level HR Service Delivery team members to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance of HR Service Delivery tasks in accordance with established service level agreements; products or processes may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in low complexity functions
Supervise moderately complex service delivery tasks that may include identifying problems and monitoring metrics to measure and improve quality and service level agreements
Participate in process improvement and risk control initiatives and escalates issues to senior management
Make day-to-day supervisory and tactical decisions and resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation, and daily operations under direction of functional area management leveraging interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers; interact directly with internal customers
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for aligned department or business group
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of HR Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a bachelor's degree or higher
Candidate must have 4+ years of solid experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Employee Services, or Contact Center Operations, with a minimum of 1+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Experience managing teams supporting HR processes through multiple channels (phone, chat, email, case management, or self-service platforms)
Strong knowledge of HR service delivery processes, employee lifecycle transactions, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and HR case management
Experience using HR systems and service platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, CRM Tools, or similar technologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to identify trends, improve processes, and manage operational risks
Demonstrated ability to manage performance, coach employees, conduct quality reviews, and develop team capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels
Experience managing service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), quality metrics, and operational reporting
Amenable to work on shifting schedules supporting global operations and selected PH/US holidays
