About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Cyber Social Responsibility (CSR) & Community Engagement Lead to help build and scale a strategic cyber human defense capability that extends cybersecurity awareness, fraud prevention, and digital safety education beyond the enterprise and into the communities we serve.
This role will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and delivering customer-facing cybersecurity and fraud awareness programs in partnership with Consumer Banking, Fraud Prevention, Cyber Security, Public Affairs, Communications, and other key stakeholders. The individual will serve as a visible representative of Wells Fargo's cyber expertise, designing and facilitating branch-based and community-focused engagements that empower customers to recognize threats, make informed decisions, and better protect themselves from cybercrime and fraud.
The successful candidate will combine exceptional communication and presentation skills with strong program management capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions. This role will help translate complex cybersecurity and fraud risks into practical, accessible education that builds trust, confidence, and resilience among customers and communities
