The Lead Software Engineer (UI/UX Lead) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering modern, scalable, and accessible user interfaces using ReactJS and related front-end technologies. This role provides technical leadership, drives UI architecture decisions, mentors engineers, collaborates with UX designers and backend teams, and ensures delivery of high-quality digital experiences aligned with business objectives. The role also involves code reviews, performance optimization, and adoption of engineering best practices.

Job Expectations:
The LSE is expected to serve as the technical lead for UI engineering initiatives, providing direction on ReactJS architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and modern front-end engineering practices. The engineer should drive solution design decisions, perform code reviews, guide technology evaluations, and collaborate with architects and product owners to ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
