ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Project Coordinator supports the successful execution of Corporate Digital Assets (CDA) projects by coordinating schedules, tracking activities, and maintaining organized project documentation.WHAT YOU'LL DO
Project Administration & Coordination
Support project planning by maintaining schedules, timelines, deliverables, and project trackers.
Assist with coordinating tasks, follow-ups, and documentation across active project workstreams.
Track action items, owners, due dates, and completion status to support timely execution.
Keep project artifacts organized, current, and accessible to appropriate project team members.
Support broader IS Ops portfolio work when assigned, using the same coordination discipline.
Meeting & Communication Support
Schedule project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins.
Prepare agendas, collect inputs, and ensure meeting materials are ready before discussions.
Capture concise notes, key decisions, action items, owners, and next steps during meetings.
Distribute meeting summaries and follow up on commitments to help maintain project momentum.
Communicate updates professionally and clearly across business and technical audiences.
Tracking, Reporting & Documentation
Update artifacts such as project plans, status reports, decision logs, risk logs, and dependency trackers.
Assist with preparing project status updates for stakeholders, leaders, and delivery teams.
Monitor approaching deadlines and identify overdue items requiring follow-up or escalation.
Maintain accurate records that support delivery transparency, accountability, and continuity.
Help ensure project documentation reflects current scope, timing, status, and next steps.
Risk, Issue, & Dependency Coordination
Identify potential blockers, open questions, or missing information and raise them promptly.
Support tracking of project risks, issues, decisions, and cross-team dependencies.
Follow up with assigned owners to confirm progress on mitigation actions and next steps.
Escalate concerns to leaders or senior team members when timelines may be impacted.
Process & Learning Development
Learn and apply Information Systems project management standards, templates, and operating rhythms.
Support consistent project coordination practices across assigned initiatives.
Contribute suggestions to improve status tracking, meeting discipline, and documentation quality.
Seek feedback and demonstrate steady growth toward increased project coordination ownership.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
0–2 years of experience in project coordination, administration, operations, customer support, business support, or a related field.
Learn and apply Information Systems project management standards, templates, and operating rhythms.
Support consistent project coordination practices across assigned initiatives.
Contribute suggestions to improve status tracking, meeting discipline, and documentation quality.
Seek feedback and demonstrate steady growth toward increased project coordination ownership.
Strong follow-through and commitment to completing assigned work accurately and on time.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Information Systems, IT, Salesforce, Corporate Digital Assets, or technical project environments.
Basic understanding of project lifecycles, project management methodologies or project coordination activities such as task tracking, meeting coordination, and status reporting.
Familiarity with project tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, etc.
Experience supporting technical, operational, or business initiatives
Basic understanding of project lifecycles, task tracking, meeting coordination, and status reporting.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, or operational improvement efforts.
Associate or bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.
