In this role you will utilize your excellent data management and customer service skills to deliver an exceptional employee experience, partnering with subject matter experts across our People & Culture function to provide payroll reporting and timely responses to employee's queries.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience and has interest in payroll/data administration, speaks fluent Polish and English (French will be a significant advantage) and is comfortable working in fast-paced international and challenging environment.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Collect, manage, verify data that has to be submitted to the Payroll teams
Ensure payroll input is complete, accurate and delivered in a timely manner, prepare different reports (predefined / ad-hoc) required for Payroll purposes
Update / maintain master data in Workday, SAP HCM or other relevant systems, Support employees, line managers and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests across various communication channels, including case management
Support and guide employees on how to complete self-service transactions, retrieve information about procedures and policies as required
Manage and action cases requested by employees in Workday and ServiceNow, work collaboratively as a global team with other areas of the People & Culture team or other Discovery teams (such as Global Technology & Operations) to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions, Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records
Assist with testing related to People & Culture systems if required
Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies, conduct audits and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of transactions and processes
Qualifications & Experience...
2+ years of professional experience in a global organization in HR shared services
Fluency in English, both written and spoken, French will be a significant advantage
Payroll related experience, strong organisational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems like ServiceNow, Workday, SAP, ADP is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
