YOUR ROLE:
The Senior Analyst – Revenue Assurance Operations is responsible for supporting operational validation, launch readiness, configuration review, audit support, and revenue-impacting process controls across Warner Bros. Discovery’s Direct-to-Consumer platforms.
This role operates at the intersection of Revenue Assurance, Product, Engineering, Tax, Accounting, and Payments. The Senior Analyst validates pricing, promotions, add-ons, subscriptions, payment flows, tax configuration changes, customer communications, and launch-related transactions across both DTC and IAP channels.
The role is responsible for ensuring revenue-impacting changes are tested, documented, and validated before and after launch. This includes supporting country launches, promotional offers, subscription migrations, add-on launches, price plan changes, Vertex tax configuration updates when needed, audit data requests, and control evidence preparation.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring operational accuracy, financial integrity, and audit readiness across the revenue lifecycle.
