Your New Role
This role supports the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream at Warner Bros. Discovery. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting PTP operations, ensuring SOX compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, and providing reporting and updates across Procure to Pay activities.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Deliver world-class, proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Support PTP processes to ensure operational success, including timely vendor creation, accurate invoice-to-PO matching and correct invoice routing.
- Review PCard statement submissions for compliance.
- Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
- Support the integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
- Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes, including testing activities and support for business projects, acquisitions and integrations.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes and technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working within Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
- Knowledge of PTP systems and technologies including SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM and SAP ECC.
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and financial controls environments.
- Experience supporting system implementations, testing activities or integration projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
