Your New Role:
Their main goal is to provide operational and technical support to the broader regional Content Management teams with a focus on reporting automation, process automation, data integration and workflow visibility. This position supports more efficient, sustainable and accurate content management activities and deliverables across Global Initiatives, longform servicing and ancillary servicing.
This team will support the implementation and monitoring of regional GCO CoE SLAs, continuous system and process improvement initiatives, content customization readiness, reporting, issue triage and new regional business requirements. The role will also drive consistent dashboards, KPI definitions, SOPs, process governance and intake tracking to improve prioritization, decision-making and SLA adherence.
They will achieve this by automating and validating reports, integrating multiple data sources, designing Power BI dashboards, applying ETL and data cleaning logic, and using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI and Office 365 Copilot to reduce manual workloads and improve data quality.
