Job Description
Role overview and Responsibilities
Working closely with Executive Recruiters and senior business stakeholders, you will drive the executive research capability across Europe and CEMEA, delivering market intelligence, talent insights, succession planning and executive talent pipelines that support Visa's long-term growth strategy.
More specifically:
- Support the end-to-end executive recruitment process, spanning the full life cycle of the hiring process
- Gain a deep understanding of each opportunity and create robust hiring strategies, including identification of target organisations
- Creatively source and engage diverse pipelines of top leadership talent from analogous industries that will complement and drive Visa’s business growth
- Lead executive talent mapping, organisational benchmarking, succession planning and leadership talent profiling across priority markets and functions
- Proactively provide talent market insights and competitor intelligence to inform executive hiring decisions, and succession planning activity
- Prepare progress reports, documents and market analysis that is impactful and compelling to a leadership audience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure data integrity within Visa's global recruitment systems
- Own / participate in global or regional projects / initiatives.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- Proven success managing complex executive search and research projects, ideally within an Executive Search firm. In-house experience is advantageous.
- Strong executive research capability, with a proven track record of identifying, engaging and assessing senior leadership talent.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret market, industry and leadership trends, leveraging research methodologies and search technologies to deliver talent insights.
- Experience conducting talent mapping and engaging with talent across international markets, with some exposure to Europe, Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the preparation of market maps, talent intelligence reports, candidate assessments and executive briefings.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy and operational excellence.
- Experience within the Technology, FinTech or Financial Services sectors is preferred, although intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop deep industry expertise are equally important.
